The overall aesthetic follows a vintage, approachable direction, using illustrations instead of extensive photography to depict the objects in the old house — a gramophone, wooden chairs, round tables, hanging paintings — giving the pages the feeling of stepping into a storied old home rather than a standardized chain café. Illustrations and real-world photographs alternate, giving visitors a sense of "flipping through an old photo album" while browsing, rather than swiping through product photos.
The layout also deliberately slows its pace — long, narrative text paired with generous white space mimics the feeling of walking into the shop, sitting down, and taking a first sip of coffee. It presents not what the shop wants to sell, but how a guest would spend that time: a small landscape in everyday life.
